She put me in a good mood and then I found ALL the staff were very friendly to assist with parking, food/drinks orders, seat directions, or information also so it was a good night. I hated that the LIVE NATION APP would not work on my phone since it was roaming and I could NOT get my tickets (only option to buy) so I had to go to WILL CALL window to print them.yet I was early so it was NO trouble at all and the lady who assisted me was really friendly.

I LOVE music concerts yet am NOT fond of hot outdoor venues in the sun so when I noticed that the Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre had a canopy over most of the seating arena I booked the Luke Bryan, Cole Swindell, and Jon Langston concert and drove the 5 hours one-way to attend as they are some of the singers/bands I just love. My overall impression of this property is average, only because there wasn’t a bad seat in the house and that’s why we attended the concert in the first place. What a mess! Arena workers were nowhere to be found, and the ones we did see were working so hard to avoid eye contact with any concert goers who may need assistance. When the concert ended, we had to navigate our way out, with no lighting or signs, to the designated pick up location. There wasn’t a bad seat in the house, so that part was awesome. It was very difficult to navigate the steps with our seats, our food, and our drinks. Unfortunately the seating and food kiosks had excruciatingly loooooong lines and were located a great distance from the seating area and were at the base of a gigantic four-level flight of stairs. After waiting another half hour in a different line, we finally got admitted and “rented” our $7 lawn seats. As it turned out, my friend and I waited for half hour in an unmarked line only to be turned away because it was designated as a “fast lane” that we were not authorized to be in. There were no signs to direct us, so we followed the crowd across an unending parking lot to the entrance. Our Uber driver dropped us off at a gate and pointed us in the direction of lawn seating. We purchased lawn tickets for a decent price.
